Job Summary :

Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Waste Leveler position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Waste Leveler role consists of redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Using a company truck, drive to 10-15 properties daily on assigned route
• Check in, take photos, and document bulky items / furniture at each property using our proprietary app
• Sweep up around each dumpster or compactor
• Break down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are being followed
• Where necessary, move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trash
• Work quickly and efficiently to complete the route before the waste hauler arrives
