Join Our Team as a Weekend HVAC Service Technician!

This role features a dedicated 4-day work week, with 3-4 three-day weekends per month, limited on-call responsibility, and 24 / 7 team support.

Qualifying candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000!

Schedule : Friday through Monday

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM

This isn't your average shift. We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced technician to take on a critical weekend role. You'll be out there diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC systems-delivering real results when it matters most.

This position isn't for beginners. If you've got at least 6 months to a year of hands-on residential HVAC experience , we want to hear from you.

This is for someone who knows the job, owns their results, and thrives when they're trusted to work independently. Early start, consistent hours, and a team that's got your back.

What We Expect :

  • A no-excuses, show-up-early, get-it-done work ethic
  • Solid troubleshooting and repair skills in residential HVAC
  • Dependability and professionalism-especially when working solo
  • At least 6-12 months of field experience (residential)
  • EPA certification preferred
