Security Site Supervisor – Full Time – Grantsville, UT. Former Military / Law Enforcement Encouraged To Apply. Wage : $17.50 / HR.

Base pay range

$17.00 / hr - $17.00 / hr

What Your Day May Look Like

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; meets with management or designated representatives as appropriate; holds meetings with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management or designated representatives.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and outlines tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws, which can include interviewing, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, directing, coaching, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring / termination recommendations.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.
