The HR Service Specialist II position at NextEra Energy's HR4U Contact Center offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a vital link between the company and its employees. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of human resources questions while efficiently processing critical employee transactions related to benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compensation. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for employees across the organization, using a case management system to deliver timely, accurate solutions that directly impact employee satisfaction and workplace success.

As an HR Service Specialist II, you'll manage both inbound and outbound communications with employees and leaders, ensuring every inquiry receives prompt, professional attention. Your responsibilities extend beyond simple transaction processing to include identifying trends in customer requests, tracking satisfaction metrics, and determining when cases require escalation to specialized Centers of Excellence. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within NextEra Energy's HR organization, allowing you to develop specialized expertise across multiple HR disciplines while building meaningful connections with the workforce. Work Schedule : (Monday Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. EST) occasional overtime may be required. During emergency situations (such as storms), overtime will be required. Monday Wednesday the work schedule extends to 7 : 00 p.m. and the team shares the responsibilities of the extended hours.

Preferred qualifications for this position include :

  • Experience with an employee case management system, Documentum, success factors, and SAP-HR.
  • Availability to work a flexible scheduled between 7am and 7pm.
  • Bachelor's Degree
