Job Title : Direct Care Staff – Group Home (Boys Ages 6–18)

Location : Multiple openings in the following zip codes : 85339, 85304, 85053, 85345, 85027

Job Type : Full-time & Part-time | Various shifts available (weekends, evenings, overnights)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to work with boys ages 6–18 in a structured group home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in a group home environment and a strong commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere.

Requirements

Requirements :

Prior experience working with children in a group home setting (required)

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)

Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 5-year driving record

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred Certifications :

First Aid & CPR

CPI or Prevention & Support Training

Compensation :

Pay : $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

Experience : Prior experience working with children or youth in a group home or residential setting is required. Age : Must be at least 21 years old. Clearance : Must hold a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Driver’s License : Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and be able to provide a 5-year MVD driving record. Screening : Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Certifications (Preferred) : CPR & First Aid (In-Person) CPI or Prevention & Support training
