A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Specialist to assist in Medication Therapy Management and quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and document member demographic and medication information into the MTM platform
Contact members to explain MTM benefits and schedule appointments for comprehensive medication reviews
Support Medicare Star and other quality initiatives through outreach and coordination with healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a related field
Active pharmacy technician license in the state of North Carolina is preferred
