We are currently looking for an HVAC Residential Service Technician to join our team in the Bainbridge, GA area.    What We Offer!  Great Pay!  Competitive Pay & Benefits  Hourly + plus performance bonuses and spiffs  Medical, Dental & Vision  401k   Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays  Company Vehicle & Gas Card   What You’ll Do   As an HVAC Residential Service Technician, you will successfully perform service, repairs, and maintenance on minor to complex HVAC systems, in a residential environment  Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions  Deliver consistent excellent customer service that always ensures a high level of customer satisfaction!

Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection.  Ability to perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, any necessary electrical work   associated with HVAC, have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients.  Must have working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.  What Makes YOU Great  Minimally 2 years of HVAC residential service experience   Your field experience with current HVAC license and certifications  Responsible, organized, Excellent communication skills  Self-Starter, confident, conscientious, ability to train others  Interpret information for others, have strong interpersonal relationship skills  Your ability to provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships!  You can work alone or in a fast-paced team environment   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit  Your already awesome positive attitude!  You can remain calm when dealing with stressful situations  Strong attention to detail and organization skills   Additional Requirements  Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check  Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record  Apply today and join our AMAZING team!  Powered by JazzHR
