Crafted Custom Homes + Renovations is a leading custom new construction and remodeling contractor in Houston, Texas. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre-Construction and Estimating Manager to join our team.

This position will be responsible for :

  • Guiding our clients through the Preconstruction and / or Design Process
  • Working closely with architects and interior designer to create or finalize plans
  • Creating scopes of work for new construction and remodel projects
  • Estimating projects based on plans and specifications
  • Attending weekly preconstruction staff meetings

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Residential construction
  • Engaging personality with the ability to quickly connect with clients, vendors, and design partners
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet, Tablet / Phone)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass drug and criminal background tests
  • Clean cut appearance
  • College preferred but not required
  • Provide 3 personal references and 3 job-related references (can be from subcontractors, former customers, or former employer)\
