Exciting Pay and Benefits :

  • Guaranteed weekly earnings of $1,385 or more
  • Attractive Sign-On Bonus : $1,000 after 30 days and an additional $1,000 after 90 days
  • Compensation for Solo Miles : $0.51 per mile based on 2,500 miles weekly
  • Bonus for Solo Stops : $10.00 per stop for 10-20 stops weekly
  • Drop and Hook Pay of $6.00 for each drop / hook
  • Shutdown Bonus of $2,000 disbursed in two installments within your first year
  • Quarterly Safety Bonus of $250, if eligible
  • Weekly pay schedule
  • Comprehensive paid training
  • Flexible scheduling options : Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
  • Starting time is flexible between AM or PM
  • Deliveries made solo within a 500-600 mile radius of Fort Wayne

    Driver Requirements :

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 9 months of driving experience within the last 3 years
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Background check and motor vehicle check required, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Successful completion of a DOT physical and Ryder road test
