College Access Coach II

Job Summary :

Under the direction of the HEC-Educational Opportunities Centers Program Director, the College Access Coach II position implements and executes the EOC grant plan to serve 4,400 participants throughout the 5-county target service area (St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Clinton County, Madison County, and St. Clair County). This position provides first-generation, low-income individuals aged 19 or older with support in accessing and succeeding in higher education, including academic counseling, career guidance, financial aid assistance, financial literacy training, and help with college applications.
