Overview We are looking for experienced Field Technicians to support a large number of clients as an independent contractor. Responsibilities PC setup and basic troubleshooting Printer setup (drivers, toner replacement) Networking and deskside support Simple installations (no complex repairs) Respond to service calls per SLA (same day, next day, scheduled, or weekend emergencies) Requirements Hardware / software experience on PCs, LAPTOPs and Printers
