job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead the interaction design for Q’s app, defining user flows, layouts, and interaction patterns Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to hand off to engineering teams for implementation Develop low-fidelity mocks and wireframes to explore and iterate on design concepts quickly Collaborate with product managers, UX and researchers to validate design decisions through usability testing and user feedback Advocate for voice-first interactions, ensuring they are intuitive and seamlessly integrated into the user experience Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain a high-quality user experience across devices 3+ years of experience in interaction design, UX / UI design, or a related field Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools Experience designing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile or web applications Deep understanding of interaction patterns beyond screens, including voice-first experiences Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions
We are looking for an Interaction Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences across our products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of our app, creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs that bring our vision to life. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams to ensure seamless interaction experiences—whether screen-based or voice-driven.
