At Walmart, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Operations Improvement to drive operational excellence across our retail stores. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple projects, manage content management initiatives, direct process improvements, and lead behavior change programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Role Detail :

• Oversees entire general maintenance and HVAC / R maintenance for 53 facilities.
• Leads 4 Sr. Managers, I 2 General Maintenance, and 2 HVAC / R 40 technicians
• Works cross functionally with Store Managers and Market Managers on their facility services needs
• 60% Travel Mostly just within the region and maybe some to Home Office
• Oversee budget
• Manage and evaluate workflow
• Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
• Works directly with different vendors and contractors

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area

Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Office, Retail Industry, Training and Development, Working on cross-functional teams or projects. Masters : Business Administration, Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt - Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt - Certification
