Role Overview :

The Project Manager, Design & Architecture, plays a pivotal role in the execution of Din Tai Fung's restaurant projects across North America. This role bridges creativity and technical expertise ensuring accuracy, constructability, and overall alignment with Din Tai Fung's brand and operational standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external (3rd party) vendors in the creation & coordination of project design intent documents, construction sets and details. The ultimate goal being to design & create cohesive, functional, and visually compelling dining environments. The role requires a strong grasp of architectural design, interior detailing, materials knowledge, construction document review, and project coordination along with best practices with an emphasis on collaborative methods & approach.
