HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Greenwood, IN!

Daily Responsibilities for Physical Therapist

• Manage own caseload while demonstrating clinical competence and practices within Federal and State policies.
• Identify all physical therapy needs to retain optimal functional independence.
• Monday – Friday OR Tuesday – Saturday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Required Qualifications For Physical Therapist

Benefits For Manager Of Care Delivery – RN

Pay Details : $42 / hr - $48 / hr +
