Key Responsibilities
Manage member complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on trends in appeals and grievances to senior management
Collaborate with external entities regarding grievance and appeals processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in healthcare, grievances, and appeals
Previous supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams
Ability to integrate federal and state law changes into regulatory systems
California residency required for occasional in-person meetings
