Job Details :

We are in search of a dynamic and dedicated System Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of systems and technologies, including Windows, Virtualization, Systems, Exchange, ESXi, and Cloud. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on system administration within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

3. Administer and manage Windows Server environments.

4. Implement and manage virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESXi.

5. Oversee and manage Microsoft Exchange Server.

6. Utilize cloud technologies to streamline and improve operations.

7. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the organization's operational needs.

8. Coordinate with various teams to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.

9. Conduct regular system audits and upgrades.

10. Provide technical support and guidance to staff.

11. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, systems, and processes.

12. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, specifically within the manufacturing industry.

3. Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.

4. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESXi.

5. Experience in managing Microsoft Exchange Server.

6. Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Strong understanding of IT principles, concepts, and methods.

10. Ability to work well in a team and independently.

11. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified : Windows Server 2016, or VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) would be an added advantage.
