About The Position

BLS and ACLS required

Description :

Stepdown Resource Pool RN needed for immediate start.

Position involves working 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

An option for up to 26 weeks available upon request.

Traveler must be comfortable working all Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units.

Additional coverage may be required for Cardiac Care Unit and Emergency Department with qualifying competencies.

Travelers must confirm comfort level with patient ratios of 1 : 5.

Staffing needs are reviewed every 4 hours, so nurses may be floated to other units if necessary.

Experience using Epic is required, with prior experience during clinicals or as an LPN not meeting this requirement.

All requests for time off must be submitted upfront with the application.

Travelers are expected to work at least one holiday during the assignment, with additional holidays required during winter.

Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility will not be considered for this assignment.

Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before applying again.

Travelers cannot return after working for 365 days within the facility, barring exceptions.

Modules must be completed within the first 24 hours of the assignment and will be recorded for payment upon approval.
