SALES REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
- Answering phone and representing Motis Brands in a positive and professional manner
- Creating estimates and closing sales orders with customers
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding an individual sales goal per month
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding a team sales goal per month
- Responsible for maintaining call metrics that include being logged in at minimum of 6.5 hours per day
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly and communicating effectively to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers when necessary.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues regularly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the company
- Arrive to work and meetings on time and prepared
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
Qualifications
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Attitude of wanting to learn moreNegotiation skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using computers.Experience working with customer support.Ability to troubleshoot different scenarios.Hours to be discussed.Reporting Relationship :
