Join Our Team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PRN)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? At BreakThrough Physical Therapy , we’re looking for a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is all about providing engaging, play-based therapeutic interventions that promote functional gains while involving families in the therapy process.

Position Overview

Location : 981 High House Road, Cary, North Carolina

Job Type : Part-time - 2 afternoons / evenings per week

Salary : $50-$55 per visit (compensation based on experience)

This position offers flexible hours with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Our highest demand is after school / evenings, with current hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3–8 p.m., adjustable for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions that engage each child in the therapy process.
• Partner with families through education, guidance, and encouragement to support progress at home.
• Maintain timely documentation of therapy sessions.
• Continuously assess each child’s response to interventions, making data-driven adjustments to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate and refine individualized treatment plans.
