Registered Nurse Home Health Phoenix, AZ

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a contract in Phoenix, AZ. This position involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, performing Start of Care (SOC) assessments, and completing OASIS documentation accurately and timely.

Assignment Details :

Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 AM 5 PM)

Caseload : 46 points per day

Contract length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

Active RN license in Arizona (or compact)

1+ year of recent home health experience

Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), previously known as PointCare

Strong OASIS and SOC experience required

BLS Certification
