Familiarity with nursing and patient care standards and procedures. Awareness of legal requirements and standards of certification and accreditation bodies, including the specifics of the hospital and respective department / unit. Good command of medical terminology, with a focus on healthcare promotion, risk reduction, and disease prevention. Effective communication skills, along with social aptitude for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills is crucial. Capability to identify and report changes in patient conditions, develop, and modify patient care plans as required. Basic computer skills necessary for day-to-day assignments. Completion of an accredited course or have at least 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualification required. Field of Study : The applicable major should be nursing. A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected. Certification : Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role. Registered Nurse License
