Overview

The primary role of the Business Development Coordinator is responsible for managing / coordinating the support, review, and completion of requested customer facing documents and forms by working closely with Konica Minolta's direct sales channels and liaising with necessary corporate and field resources.

Responsibilities

  • Review and Analyze standard business and contract terms of various forms and documents (i.e., NDA's, vendor forms, supplier questionnaires, standard terms and conditions, etc.)
  • High-level interaction with field sales, legal and internal departments in obtaining the necessary requested information
  • Ensure documentation is reviewed, approved, signed and properly presented for integrity
  • Coordinate and manage department requests via departmental email mailbox
  • Respond to correspondences; create reports and other department documents as necessary
  • Manage and update task list, log for analysis and tracking
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
  • Perform general office support functions as required, all within a faced paced, business environment
  • Ability to multitask and follow up requests as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in contract development, negotiations and / or sales support
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite required
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all departments within the organization
  • Knowledge of contract and leasing terms and conditions a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tracked changes
  • General knowledge of the Office Equipment Industry
  • Advanced organizational, problem solving, analytical, reading comprehension skills and required
  • Must be detail oriented with have excellent organizational and follow up skills
