Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Licensed Professional Counselors and Social Workers, based in Oxford, MS. The role involves providing individual counseling to clients, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention when necessary. Additionally, counselors and social workers will collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care, maintain accurate and timely client records, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with diverse populations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards
