We are looking for Commercial Roofing Service Techs in Bloomfield, CT!

Pay starting at $23 / hr BOE

Commercial Roofing Service Tech Summary :

Under the direction of the Service Manager and / or Service Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in a variety of commercial roofing systems.

Responsibilities include :

  • Repair, maintenance and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
  • Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.

    • Commercial Roofing Service Tech Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience with various commercial roofing systems strongly preferred, but we will train the right individuals!
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites / warehouse.
  • Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

    • Working Conditions :

    Physical surroundings : Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.

    Physical Effort : Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.

    Travel : Mostly local; within 1 hour
