Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 0-3 years of construction experience to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating technical activities, ensuring project execution runs smoothly, and maintaining communication between field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects
  • Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and coordination with subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
  • Track project costs and assist with monthly billing and reporting
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a project engineering role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Must live in the immediate area
