Job Summary

Job Summary : Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and / or specialty care to our patients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, performing physical exams, recording patient medical history, creating care plans and administering diagnostic test.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

Examines, diagnoses and treats patients
Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practice
Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information
Documents items such as : past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan

Job Requirements :

Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program : Family or Adult Geriatrics

Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.

National Board Certification require

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC)

Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
