My client, a top Real Estate Asset Manager is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core tax tasks like earnings & profits (E&P) calculations, tax provisions, and compliance.
• Answer tax-related questions from investors and partners.
• Work with internal teams and outside vendors to improve tax reporting and data systems.
• Oversee third-party tax advisors to ensure high-quality work.
