About the Position : We're looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key.

Job Duties Include :

• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.
• Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
