Engineering Manager – Plant Engineering

We're seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead plant engineering operations, drive process improvements, and manage equipment initiatives. This role partners closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.

• Lead and mentor engineers, interns, and technicians
• Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, layouts, and workflows
• Oversee equipment installation, validation, and process improvements
• Manage projects from scope through execution, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and deliver results
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Proven leadership with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office + familiarity with AutoCAD
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Vinyl or extrusion experience preferred but not required
