Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1680 - $1800

Patient Population : Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Kentucky RN license or compact state nursing license

At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (ER RN experience)

Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in emergency care

Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions for all age groups

Respond rapidly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care and interventions using Meditech EHR

Maintain a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for patients and their families

Participate in orientation, ongoing education, and professional development as an ER nurse
