What You’ll Be Doing :

• Be the go-to contact for our clients—answering questions, providing updates, and keeping them in the loop
• Partner with Case Managers to ensure every case moves forward without a hitch
• Help guide clients through the resolution process with empathy and clarity
• Stay on top of calls, emails, and follow-ups to make sure no one feels left behind
• Handle challenges with professionalism and positivity
• Create a great experience for every client, every time
