Attorney Headhunter - Partner & Associate Search

Being a 4-6th year Associate, you will be working closely with the practice group leader from an extensive Big Law & In-House background, focusing solely on commercial real estate transactions. While dealing with leasing, financing and general transactional matters, this position offers the chance to work with leading Real Estate developers across northern Texas. The firm is headquartered in Dallas with additional offices in Frisco, Houston, and LA, and plans to continue growth across the US. The firm has Attorneys recognized for their expertise as Best Lawyers in America & Super Lawyers and is well-known across Texas.

What you'll be doing :

Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and developments
Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, dealing directly with clients
Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and closing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on related matters in banking & mortgage, construction litigation, and corporate services

What they need :

J.D. (2019 – 2021) Admitted to practice law in TX

4-6 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional matters

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Proven track record of managing complex cases and delivering client-focused solutions
