Coverage : 8a - 5p call Covering consults and procedures Accepting IMLC EMR : EPIC Procedures : General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults General Comments SHIFT / SCHEDULE INFORMATION Weekday shift : 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days) Weeknight Pager call : 5p-8a yes Weekend call : Fri 5p Mon 8a Required Procedures : General GI - care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults Description : General GI- c are of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults. Expect median productivity. Group will work with the locum physician on call expectations- prefer as much call coverage as possible, open to multiple candidates. Patient admits and rounding. Typical Week : 2 full days pers week in office 8-5; 2 days in surgery; day flex Avg Clinic Patients Per Day : 20 Typical Call Shift : Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day SHIFT / SCHEDULE INFORMATION Weekday shift : 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days) Weeknight Pager call : 5p-8a yes Weekend call : Fri 5p Mon 8a BILL RATES Clinic / weeknight rate / 24hr pager call / Call back hourly rate included CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Licensure : Active IL license DEA Required : Yes Board Status : Board Certified, Board Eligible (within 12 months of residency) Required Procedures : General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults Required Certifications : B LS, ACLS no additional certs for GI Travel : Local is ideal but not required EMR : EPIC
