~ About the Unit :

Our unit consists of labor, delivery, postpartum, well newborns, and a level II special care nursery. In addition, we also care for GYN surgical patients. Nurses are expected to work fluidly with all patient populations

Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

License : current RN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days

Experience : Minimum 2 years RN experience in LDRP / Nursery

Nurse needs to be proficient in all areas of maternal nursing and newborn care for a PRN role.
