About the Role :
The responsibility of the Activity Director / Life Enrichment Director involves coordinating activities based on resident interest in a skilled nursing and rehab facility. Your duties may include assessing needs of group and individual needs, running a volunteer group, or working with residents to access resources that can improve thier quality of life. You may develop programs for social events, hobbies, group outings, or exercise groups depending on the needs of residents. Programs will fluctuate based on current needs. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
