As a member of the Global Strategic Initiatives and Readiness team, you will work closely with Product Teams, XFN Operations Teams, and Support Teams to ensure the successful launch of new Snapchat ad products and features. The Launch Readiness program covers all ad monetization products and features across Brand and Direct response advertising products, Augmented Reality, Platform improvements and more. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate collaboration between Product, Business Operations teams, Scaled advertiser support channels, and other Go-to-Market teams such as Product Marketing to establish effective launch processes and ensure seamless organizational change and communication.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
