Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

StartDate : 10 / 20 / 2025

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1814.75 - $1988.50

PT- Rehab

Facility Setting? Acute Rehab Unit

Will position be required to float to other units? Acute inpatient rehab

Number of beds in your facility? 15

Preferred experience level? experienced

1-2 years experience

BLS

EMR for your facility : Meditech

Scrub colors / dress code : Maroon scrubs or business casual

Parking Location : Parking Garage off of Santa Fe

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Rehab

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-KS(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
