Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an elementary school located in Chambersburg, PA. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with a diverse caseload of 30-35 students, primarily serving K-8 students with Autism Support needs, while also supporting general education kindergarten classrooms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 30-35 elementary students.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver targeted support for students in Autism Support programs across grades K-8.
  • Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments.
  • Participate in regular education classroom activities by running select kindergarten lessons.
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or current SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
  • Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in school settings.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while providing individualized and group interventions.
  • Location : Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
