As a Property Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of the community, ensuring our property operates seamlessly and thrives. Your ability to lead with strategy, foster strong relationships, and maintain exceptional living experiences will set the tone for both residents and team members. By overseeing daily operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and upholding high standards, you'll help maintain the Greco Seal of Approval , where every property has its own story and personality.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site team to drive success.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control expenses.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle resident concerns professionally.
• Oversee daily operations, property maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor leasing activity, occupancy rates, and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize property management software and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Identify opportunities for property improvements and revenue growth
