• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders\n
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions\n
• Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization)\n
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families\n
• Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact)\n
• Compassionate communicator and team player\n
• Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations\n
