Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills required. Great telephone etiquette a must. Responsibilities :
- Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins.
- Out-of-Stock / Not Available Calls.
- Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers.
- Verbal Phone Requests and Refills.
- Communication with Billing Department.
- Reports.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Management.
