Job Summary : The Student Mentorship Program Manager provides strategic development, operational execution, and ongoing improvement of mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program. Connects business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals. Plans, implements, and evaluates LEAD mentoring and supports the ongoing development of LEAD coaching. Supervises student assistants and program ambassadors. Develops and distributes marketing materials to recruit and retain mentors and mentees.

Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications : Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience in higher education. Experience with mentoring.
