Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's commercial construction services and enhance our brand presence within the industry. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for commercial construction projects.
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital platforms, trade shows, industry events, and traditional media to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Content Creation : Develop compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, including website content, monthly newsletters and social media posts, highlighting the company's expertise in commercial construction and the employees that work here. Meet with and direct photographer for construction completion photos. Design and order jobsite banners. Manage, design and order company SWAG.
• Digital Marketing : Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation.
• Client Engagement : Collaborate with the management team to support client engagement and retention efforts by providing marketing materials, presentations, and information tailored to client needs.
• Event Management : Coordinate the company's participation in industry events, company gatherings, trade shows, and conferences, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
