The Maintenance Planner schedules the maintenance work activity in the plant.

The Maintenance Planner will :

• Coordinate with Job Change Coordinator and production staff to plan maintenance during downtime and maintain a planned maintenance schedule for the facility.
• Provide documentation of upcoming work, including parts lists / kits required.
• Review and improve the maintenance and planning processes to improve efficiency and remove waste, including but not limited to cost, manning and materials.
• Understand storeroom inventories, min / max, and work with storeroom personnel to manage parts inventory and prioritize ordering against available M&E budgets.
• Interface with the safety observation, walk-and-talk, and near-miss processes within the plant to ensure alignment of maintenance resources and activities to improve employee safety and environmental compliance.

What we offer at O-I :

Salary Range : The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
