• Schedules appointments for multiple clinics and providers
• Communicates with clinical teams on patient's requests
• Ability to route calls or messages to the appropriate staff / clinic
• Understands and complies with Provider Scheduling Templates
• Updates patient information into EMR system
• Follows policies and procedures
