Architect

Engineering firm that's been in business for decades is looking for a SeniorArchitect for their Fort Lauderdale office!Responsibilities :

Manage

all aspects of client relations including attending meetings

Make authoritative

decisions / recommendations that have an impact on architectural activities

Demonstrate

creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment to solve architectural

problems

Manage,

coordinate, and mentor staff / project level employees

Determine

project objectives / requirements

Develop

standards / guidelines for diverse architectural activities

Ensure

technical documents are compliant with industry standards / codes

Requirements : Bachelor’s

degree in Architecture

• Master's degree preferred

12+

years of experience / extensive knowledge in architectural design

Professional

RA desired

LEED

certification preferred

Knowledge

of project specifications & CSI division formatting
