Banner Health is actively seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Fallon, Nevada , a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.

This NHSC-certified site (HPSA score 14) offers the best of both worlds : meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Practice Details :

Established Practice : Step into an existing practice located just an hour from Reno

Banner Health's total compensation package includes :

$270,000 base salary

$100,000 educational loan repayment plus additional funding through state programs

Up to $18,000 resident stipend paid during the last 18 months of training

$60,000 sign-on bonus

Paid CME days and malpractice

Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family

Focus on physician well-being and development

This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness

Requirements :

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada

Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
