One of the largest faith-based healthcare organizations in the Midwest is excited to welcome a full-time general urologist to its beautiful campus located northwest of Indianapolis. This opportunity is a replacement role, offering the incoming urologist an established patient base and a growing practice within a state-of-the-art facility with brand-new equipment, designed to optimize efficiencies specific to urology. The incoming physician will be supported by a highly-skilled, urology-focused APP and local call coverage.

Hospital Highlights :

Level III Trauma Center

Equipped with the latest medical technology, including two da Vinci surgical robots

Operating rooms designed for efficiency, reducing turnaround times and enhancing productivity

Position Highlights :

General bread-and-butter urology position; robotic experience preferred but not required

Strong internal referral base

Practice at one clinic and one hospital; clinic attached to the hospital

Call is one week per month, supported by the community. Additional call is optional and compensated separately

Highly competitive compensation package at the 75th percentile, with production bonus, relocation allowance, commencement and retention packages.
