Instrumentation and Control Engineer

We are seeking a Project Engineer – I&C to design, implement, and manage instrumentation and control systems for mission-critical data center infrastructure projects. This role blends technical expertise in automation systems with project management skills to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable control solutions that ensure uptime and operational excellence.

Position Overview

This role is essential to ensuring that our data center facilities operate with maximum efficiency, reliability, and automation to support the world's critical digital infrastructure. You'll work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team on some of the most advanced infrastructure projects in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects focused on system IED data collection, logic controls, and data presentation for customer monitoring and control
• Design and implement system integration using HMI and SCADA software platforms
• Develop control logic for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
• Create instrumentation specifications, control narratives, and system architecture drawings
• Coordinate I&C activities with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for I&C scope
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of control systems
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization of control systems
• Support commissioning and startup activities, providing documentation and training
